During his soon 30 years as a management consultant within the field of people and organizational development Thomas has had the privilege to work with both extra-large and small assignments, in the Private as well as in the Government, Public and NGO sectors. Construction, Automotive, Defence, and Pharmaceutical Industry, Hospitals, IPOs – always assisting the managers and executives to be successful in their role and enabling them to deal with the challenges they meet.
Thomas started his career as a Consultant and Marketing Researcher, followed by positions as Business Unit Manager, Regional Manager, and CEO in companies specialised in Management Consulting. His expertise ranges from management development on all levels to (inter-)cultural and change projects and assessments. Business orientation, quality and delivery, honesty and integrity are essential in his work as a consultant. To be able to communicate with all levels, functions and people of different backgrounds is something he honours strongly; to assess and evaluate the situation for the individual and the organization, to see things as they “are” and take it from there.
After studies in Geneva and Stockholm he received his Master of Psychology from the University of Stockholm in 1986 and is a Certified Psychologist.
