Paul was a London-based Managing Consultant at a global leadership consultancy before he moved to New Zealand where he now works in the field of executive assessment and development. He has worked with numerous FTSE 100 global clients and smaller enterprises at senior levels. He is familiar with prevailing best practices in Human Resources and Learning & Development, which makes him an informed critic of what companies of all sizes will increasingly need to identify and grow great leaders.
Paul’s decision to become a business psychologist followed more than 20 years in management with international companies, latterly in Managing Director roles. His earlier work in blue chip marketing, sales and export built strong foundation skills for gaining insight into other people and putting it to productive use. Paul is British and a permanent NZ resident with MA, DipPsych and MSc degrees. He is a Chartered Psychologist through the British Psychological Society.
