Puneet Rathi

Puneet is a passionate Human Resource leader with more than 23 years of rich experience in the areas of Strategic Human Resources, Leadership and Capability development, Business Performance Improvement Consulting, Marketing and Project Management. He worked as Vice President – Consulting for Right Management India and led HR functions at a couple of organizations. He has more than 17 years’ experience in management consulting, assessments and capability development in India and West Asia.

He started his career with the Oil and Natural Gas Company of India. During his career, he has assessed and trained a large number of executives on wide ranging areas such as change management or inspirational leadership in India and West Asia in large number of industries including Steel, Automobiles (all sectors), Aluminum, Financial Sector – Banks, Public sector, Government departments, Consumer products, Telecom, ITES, Logistics & Supply Chain, Education, Manufacturing.

He is a Mechanical Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering (B.Engg.) followed by an MBA from the SP Jain Institute Management, India. He also holds a PG Diploma in International Marketing (PGDIM) from the Delhi School of Economics. Puneet is a certified Life Coach, Certified Parent Coach and NLP practitioner (all 3 from USA).
