Magdalena Kishizawa

An Ottmann Global Partner – Magdalena is a consultant with an impressive track record in providing leadership development training as well as executive assessment and coaching across a broad range of industries in Poland, Former Soviet Union countries, Portugal, the United Kingdom and Germany. Her professional career started at the University of Heidelberg where she worked as a Research Assistant for several years. Afterwards she worked for a global IT company in HR and for a German talent management consulting company, where she was responsible for the development and delivery of assessment interventions. She enjoys supporting leaders to enhance their personal talents and working in an international environment.

Born in Poland, Magdalena has worked and studied in Germany for 13 years and in the UK and Ireland for four years. She currently resides in Portugal with her Japanese husband. Her multi-cultural upbringing and work experience are evidenced in her strong track record of delivering cross-border leadership and development interventions which she has conducted in Polish, English and German.

Magdalena studied Educational Science in Poland (BA); Psychology in Germany (Masters); and for an MBA in the United Kingdom. She is an EU-accredited trainer by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development and a Member of the German Psychological Society. In her spare time, Magdalena enjoys cooking and writing a cookery blog about Japanese food.
