Larry Mayers

Larry had been a long term partner of Ottmann Global Partners, working with the firm on a variety of cross-border projects. Larry’s main areas of interest revolve around helping individuals discover their unique set of capabilities and using this insight to achieve both personal satisfaction and to grow their contribution to organizations. This is achieved by a judicious mixture of assessment and coaching. He also has wide ranging experience in assisting organizations in creating the environment where talent is recognized and nurtured. This can include the wholesale development of talent management systems or a more targeted approach depending on needs. His sector expertise includes aviation, finance, FMCG, manufacturing and pharma.

Larry completed his Masters in Industrial Psychology in 1997. Thereafter, he lectured both in Coaching and Cognitive Engineering, before moving into Strategy Consulting. He spent a number of years at a niche leadership consultancy before becoming a Global Partner at OGP. In addition to his role at OGP, he also runs his own practice from Tunbridge Wells in the UK.
