Eva-Maria Harrer

Eva-Maria is an Ottmann global partner. She supports companies undertaking digital transformation processes, especially in the areas of recruitment, talent assessment, and talent development. Before founding Digital Talent Solutions she worked as an executive search consultant and specialized in the areas of digital and e-commerce, business intelligence and IT project management, for example at multichannel companies and digital pure-players.

She holds an MA in psychology from the University of Vienna (organizational and social psychology) and is a certified work and organizational psychologist from the GkPP in Vienna.
