Georgios Melikidis works as Managing Consultant at Ottmann Global Partners in Ratingen. His main areas of expertise are management diagnostics, talent management and organizational development. Prior to joining OGP in 2011, he spent over 10 years in various consulting and management positions with leading HR consulting firms. He is a proven expert in psychological diagnostics. His consulting engagements span multiple cultures, industries, roles, and organizational levels.

Georgios graduated from the University of Münster as a psychologist. He speaks fluent German and English in addition to his native language Greek.
