Eva-Maria Harrer

Eva-Maria is an Ottmann global partner. She supports companies undertaking digital transformation processes, especially in the areas of recruitment, talent assessment, and talent development. Before founding Digital Talent Solutions she worked as an executive search consultant and specialised in the areas of digital and eCommerce, business intelligence and IT project man-agement, for example at multichannel companies and digital pure-players.

She holds an MA in psychology from the University of Vienna (organisational and social psychology) and is a certified work and organisational psychologist from the GkPP in Vienna.
