Monica Rosen has been a managing consultant at Ottmann Global Partners since 2010 and works in the fields of executive diagnostics, talent management, organizational development and change management. She has more than ten years’ professional experience in the HR environment in the areas of management consulting and executive selection. She supports clients from a variety of industries, including automotive and suppliers, finance, transportation and the consumer goods industry.
Monica successfully completed her psychology studies in 2002 with a focus on social psychology and occupational and organizational psychology. In addition, she specialized in organizational management at the Institute of Ergonomics at the Ruhr University in Bochum. Besides her native language Romanian Monica speaks fluent English and German.
